Our custom ceramic process is from firing to roughing and then final processing. Based on the material properties, we select the best manufacturing process for finishing to achieve low cost, finishing and very tight tolerances to meet customer requirements. Most ceramic materials have a high hardness, so finishing is a slower process. Only a small amount of material can be removed per operation. Our factory has 30 sets of precision equipment, which can provide a full range of manufacturing processes including:
